
The Adult Culinary Arts Program is a one-year commitment for individuals passionate about the culinary arts and ready to dive into the skills and knowledge needed for a career in the industry. This program offers a unique blend of classroom learning and hands-on kitchen experience, preparing students for a variety of paths within the culinary field.
Our curriculum is designed to meet the high standards of the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF), ensuring students receive a top-quality education. In addition to mastering culinary techniques, students will also develop essential restaurant management skills through courses like Supervision Management, Purchasing, and ServSafe Certification, offered through the National Restaurant Association’s ManageFirst Program.
By the end of the program, students will earn a national certification through the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Depending on their work experience, they can graduate as a Certified Culinarian (CC), Certified Fundamentals Cook (CFC), or Certified Sous Chef (CSC).
This program is designed for those ready to take the next step in their culinary journey, equipping them with the tools and confidence to succeed in the fast-paced and rewarding culinary industry.
